St. Charles hotel in need of restoration

This local hotel had a pipe burst during this cold weather. They called and needed help right away. We made sure to communicate what needed to be done while they wait for our teams to arrive.

First they needed to turn off the water to the building - some people may have to be without water for a time but it is better than the alternative
Next they needed to be sure to call a plumber - have the broken pipe fixed right away to allow water to employees or clients.
They also needed to make a call to their insurance company - commercial insurance want to know that action is being taken to lessen the cost. “What is being done to fix the problem?” is going to be their first question.
